Masoud Emadi, chocolate ganache chocolatier

I am Masoud Emadi, chocolate ganache chocolatier. I started working in Japan with the Kusho T restaurant chain, and years later, I started improving my knowledge of making Ben-Ben chocolate at the Colbut and Cocoa Berry Chocolate Academy. I have been teaching students in this field for many years and I currently live in Toronto, Canada.
My review of chocolate making is about ingredients and making chocolates that taste amazing. I do not consider a limited time to make chocolate. The most satisfaction from my work is when the customer likes and admires the chocolates with pleasure
